Miss Gay Kansas City Missouri America is a preliminary pageant to Miss Gay Missouri USofA and the only current preliminary to Miss Gay Missouri USofA held on the west side of the state. The pageant is operated by Deejers Design, and won new preliminary and new promoter of the year in 2017 and Promoter of the Year in 2019.
